Terms for quotes and bookings

These terms apply to cleaning work booked with Chester Property Reset. They are written to be read, and they are short on purpose.

Quotes

Requesting a quote through this website is free and does not commit you to anything. We give each quote based on the information and photos you send. Nothing on this website is a price.

Confirming the scope

Each quote says what is included. We may ask questions before we confirm it. Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed with you and agreed before it is done.

Booking

A booking is made when you accept a quote and we confirm a date with you. Weekend appointments may be available, and specific dates are confirmed during quoting.

Property access

You agree to arrange access to the property at the agreed time, including keys or entry details, and to let us know about anything that affects the work, such as parking, pets or areas that are unsafe or off limits. Water and electricity should be available.

Changes to scope

If the property turns out to be different from the details or photos you sent, we will tell you and agree any change to the quote with you before carrying on.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. We will confirm any cancellation or rescheduling terms in your quote.

Payment

No payment is taken through this website. How and when payment is due is set out in your quote.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure the information and photos you send are accurate and complete, and that you have the right to ask for work at the property. Please put away valuables and fragile items before we arrive.

Limits

We will carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. Cleaning can help prepare a property for handover, but we cannot control decisions made by landlords, agents or deposit schemes. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.

Questions or problems

If something is unclear or you are unhappy with the work, tell us as soon as you can so we can sort it out.
